On the Day of Resurrection, the makers of a figure will be asked to breathe a spirit into it, and he will never be able to do so

Among the people receiving the harshest punishment on the Day of Resurrection will be the makers of figures/the imitators of Allah's creation

Assuredly the angels do not enter a house in which there are statues or figures

Whoever eats or drinks from gold or silver utensils, is indeed filling his stomach with the fire of hell

Pride is to reject the truth and to view other people with contempt

This is the dress [referring to a silken garment] of a man who has no character

Do not wear silk, for those who wear it in this life shall not wear it in the Hereafter

Cleanliness invites towards faith, and faith leads its possessor to the Garden

Cleanse yourself, for Islam is cleanliness

Allah has sent down the disease and the cure, and for every disease there is a cure

Of that which intoxicates in a large amount, a small amount is haram

Khamr is that which befogs the mind

Every intoxicant is khamr and every khamr is haram

If you send your dog after the game, and it eats part of it, you should not eat of it, for the dog has hunted for itself and not for you
